Every patient will be treated with honor and respect. Hitting, pushing, abusing, threatening, or humiliating any patient is strictly prohibited. Any kind of physical punishment or unnecessary use of force will not be used. The Administrator inspects the ward daily, and CCTV monitoring is implemented to ensure safety.
Medicine is only administered according to the doctor's instructions following the principles of: correct patient, correct medicine, correct dose, correct time, and correct procedure. Every medication is accurately recorded in the Medication Record.
Strict hand hygiene protocols. PPE usage as required. Daily cleaning and disinfection of wards. Medical waste is disposed of safely in color-coded bins according to PHC standards.
